Icarus is a collaborative pentest tool looking to streamline rapports generations and transparency towards clients.

Why this project exists ?

Pentesting is a demanding field that requires not only advanced technical abilities but also a bullet-proof organisation. However pentest teams still experience massive slowdowns in their day-to-day job :

1. Multiple tools hard to maintain
2. Heavy use of virtual machines
3. A rather awkward communication
4. Long and manual reporting leading to errors
5. A lack of transparency towards clients

Icarus was designed to address all these challenges by centralising all pentest operations within a single web application.

Features

• All essential tools (integrated into Exegol) are already integrated and configured. No setup, installation or VM required: everything is directly accessible from your browser.
• Icarus includes a dedicated post-exploitation module that makes it easy to chain other tools, automate privilege escalations, or extract data in a structured manner while maintaining complete transparency with the client.
• Thanks to a shared interface, each member can see who is doing what, assign or receive tasks, share results instantly, and chat with colleagues or customers directly on the platform.
• Reports are generated automatically based on actions taken, with real-time tracking for the client. Every order, every fault, every piece of evidence is documented, accessible and traceable.
